1. Services

We provide wedding photography services, including but not limited to pre-wedding shoots, wedding day coverage, and post-wedding photography. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on our website.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking

To book our services, you must complete the booking form on our website or contact us directly.
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount and payment terms will be specified in the booking confirmation.

2.2 Payment

Full payment must be made by the date specified in your booking confirmation.
We accept payment through credit card, Zelle, or Venmo.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Specified in contract.

4. Photo Delivery and Usage

4.1 Delivery

Photographs will be delivered within the time frame specified in your booking confirmation.
Delivery methods may include digital downloads, USB drives, or physical prints, as agreed upon during booking.

4.2 Usage Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We retain the copyright to all photographs and may use them for promotional and marketing purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to cooperate with us in providing the necessary access, information, and assistance required for us to perform the services.
You are responsible for securing any necessary permissions for photography at your event venue(s).

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from the provision of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
